I want to thank you for your dedication and commitment to Delta Chi.  As you know, we are approaching the 25th Anniversary of our founding on the Georgia Tech campus. That’s a huge achievement, and you should be proud of the contribution you made to the rich history and legacy of our brotherhood.

With that being said, we need to continue looking to the future and the next logical step in our chapter’s history. The Housing Corporation Board and its Fundraising Steering Committee are in the process of forming a capital campaign in order to raise the necessary funds to construct a new building on the Georgia Tech campus.

The details of the project can be found in the information here, with the intent is to raze the “old house” at 170 5th St. and build in its place a brand new structure.

This is no easy task, and we will need everyone’s support to make the goal a reality.

Take a moment and look through the website and campaign details, and the list of brothers serving on the Steering Committee.

We hope you will be as enthusiastic with this prospect as we are, and in join us by making a pledge to the campaign over a five year period.

In the Bond,

Matt Mason
